Join us for the Fall Family BBQ at Atascadero Lake Park, September 8th

Join the San Luis Obispo County Republican Party for the 2012 Fall Family BBQ at Atascadero Lake Park on September 8th.

The event begins at 11:30 am at the Atascadero Lake Park. Each $35 ticket includes a meal ticket and two drink tickets for the Santa Maria-style BBQ. Children 12 and under are free.

This is a family-friendly event: we will have a bounce house and other entertainment for the kiddos.

We will be joined by Congressman Darrell Issa who will give us an insider’s perspective on the current national political debate.

Congressman Darrell Issa is a tireless fighter against government overreach and abuse. Most recently, Congressman Issa has made headlines as the leader of the congressional investigation of the failed gun running scheme Operation Fast and Furious. A veteran, businessman and government watchdog, Congressman Issa will offer unique insight into our current political environment.

Supplies for Soldiers will have a table again this year. Come by to sign cards to troops and find out more ways to send your support. All guests who bring supplies for the organization will receive a raffle ticket towards a gift basket.

This year is going to be pivotal in determining the future of our nation. Come and support the Republican Party of San Luis Obispo County as we fight to take back our county, state and nation in this coming year.
